" After each recording , there were multiple choice questions on the computer screen asking what we heard . It was sort of like the listening games we play at school , but a little harder . The reading part had different passages to read , like news articles or stories . We had to read them carefully and then answer comprehension questions about things like the main idea , what certain words meant , or specific details from the passages . Some of the vocabulary was pretty advanced for a kid like me ! Next up was the writing section . This is where we had to actually type out answers to questions , instead of just clicking on multiple choice . One question asked us to describe our favorite holiday and what we like to do to celebrate it . Another one gave us a cartoon picture and we had to write a short story based on what we saw happening in the picture .
